Close to Austin and located just three miles outside Burnet, our 1 1/2-hour trail rides
cover some of the most beautiful terrain in central Texas. We have gentle ranch geldings suitable for any level of rider, novice to advanced. $50 per person. This structure was built in 1836, just after the Runaway Scrape, by one of the original "Old 300" settlers. The square-notch cabin is fully furnished and an excellent example of the Texas Colonial Period. Doors open 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Mon.–Sat. 1224 Bowie St.
